The Philippine Canadian Charitable Foundation (PCCF) clarified that the organization is a non-profit organization registered with the Ontario provincial Ministry of Consumer Relations.

The clarification was issued by Romy Rafael, President of PCCF, in view of an article, entitled, “Is PCCF a registered charity or not?”, written by one Romeo P. Marquez and disseminated through multiple e-mail recipients....
