“All Seats Taken” at SAMAHAN LUX ASBL MASQUERADE BALL

Luxembourg: October 6, 2012 had been a very busy day for the Samahan Lux asbl as they held their first ever Masquerade Ball at the Luxembourg Hilton Hotel. It was a very successful event with all seats taken. Guests and donations came from as far as Rome, Italy, the UK, Germany, Belgium, France and The Netherlands.

The Samahan Lux continues to think of new concepts and try new ideas for a change. We took the risks to organized a Masquerade Ball hoping that people will support the idea since we know that it will be the first time the Fil Com will have this kind of event in Luxembourg

 The SW monsoon (HABAGAT) that brought intense and frequent torrential rain over Luzon from 06- 09 August 2012 had affected 13 provinces, a total of 267,850 families or 1,230,813 persons and 16 people dead.
