15 May 2013 - As tIn keeping with the efforts of the Philippine Embassy in Wellington continues to promote closer ties through sports among the Filipino community in New Zealand, Ambassador Virginia H. Benavidez and Ms. Delia Richards of the Philippine Culture and Sports mounted the first ever Ambassador’s Cup in Basketball in Christchurch on March 24.

APCO Inc. attends Italian Fiesta

A group of APCO Inc. members attended the Festa in Onore di Maria SS Della Strada on the 5th May 2013 at the All Hallows Catholic Church in Five Dock, conducted by Father Bob then moved to the Mediterranean House Function Centre in Ramsay Road, Five Dock to attend the Fiesta Lunch hosted by the Laurentini Association.

APCO Inc. President Jhun Salazar headed the group with the People of Australia’s Ambassador Dr Cen Amores also in attendance. The lunch was a four-course meal and was indeed very filling to say the least, that everyone was bloated by the time it came for desserts.
