PIE IN THE SKY
Mon 17th June 2013

It is difficult to say what is impossible for the dream of yesterday is the hope of today and the reality of tomorrow.  Hope, like faith, is nothing if it is not courageous, it is nothing if it is not ridiculous.  Since the turn of the century industrialization steadily pushed America to the brink of progress and the brim of prosperity.  Those were the good old glory days when leaders were not corrupt and when the rich were not greedy.  Through it all we have always held to the hope. the belief and the conviction that there is a better life, a better world beyond the horizon.  But times change and we with time.  The progress and prosperity carried over from the labors of the past have kept a humane nation in poverty due to the excesses of big government and big business.  The audacity of hope that once bound us together is now shattered in the hearts and minds of a nation of debtors.

THE CALLING OF THE HEART
Tue 16th April 2013

There are troubles in households, problems in neighborhoods, crises in communities and quarrels in the nation's capital.  Convenience complicated our lives and technology compounded our problems.  If convenience and technology are what prosperity is all about, there is no point spending time, money and effort looking for peace which comes...
